Spas, my opinion of the ultimate luxury for amazing skin. So…
I am ALWAYS out on a look out for something that feels as close to that
wonderful Spa feeling. On top of everything, I have to make sure that whatever
I use doesn’t cause my skin to dry out even further or cause additional cystic
acne (I know, the ultimate form of bad luck for skin).
Anyways, I was at LOW point and I would run around looking
for anything that would help with my cystic acne and help relax me at the same
time. So I had lucked out when I went to Sephora and spoke to one of their
consultants. She told me I had to go through a whole process of detoxifying in
order to get my skin back to order again. One of the products she recommended
was the Bliss Triple Oxygen Instant Energizing Mask.

Its uses are far more addictive than one can imagine.
Coffee is one of the best quick pick-me-ups, for not just sleep deprived souls but also for sleep deprived skin. YES, I said it, SKIN. Coffee grinds are one of the best cheap alternatives for exfoliating the skin and its benefits are grounded (pun intended) upon its ability to polish skin, refine and is also anti-inflammatory (so make sure not to scrub so hard), contains Caffeic Acid which is a great antioxidant and also with continual usage, stimulates collagen production which really plumps up the skin for a youthful glow.
Also, it's super fun to use!

Hair: One of the biggest statements to our beauty. We do
everything that we can to make it look beautiful and eventually manage to
damage it. I know when I discovered the power of a flat iron, I was hooked. Even
though I was fortunate to have thick hair and used heat protective products; my
hair would still be brittle with split ends that I would lose constantly. The
daily use of a flat iron was catching up to me.
One day a friend of mine mentioned a product that she had
been using for years. She said that her hair was completely destroyed as a
teenager. Her old nanny used an old Indian remedy that was used for centuries. Within
6 months (which may sound long, but considering the severity of the damage, not
long at all) her hair became thicker, longer, softer, and glossier. Considering
how gorgeous her hair is, I decided to do some research.
